Bench Technician Setronics is seeking self-motivated team players to provide in-house service & repair services of security system components.  We are looking for experienced analog and analog/digital video and computer repair technicians. The Technician’s primary responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning monitors, VCR’s, DVR’s and other electronics & computer hardware associated with the security industry Procurement of equipment, supplies, materials and inventory for repair purposes Knowledge of Microsoft Entourage, Filemaker Pro Software, and familiarity with Macintosh a plus Top-notch workmanship and pride in our service is the key to our success!  Only those candidates who are team-centered and have a commitment to providing high-quality work will be considered for these positions. Requirements Applicants must be: Highly motivated with an eye toward quality Able to work independently in the context of a team Highly organized and able to handle competing/scheduling priorities Able to read and work from technical literature and schematics and have a thorough understanding of analog and/or digital circuitry Able to repair to component level and solder Able to trouble shoot and problem solve Familiar with Windows 98, 2000, XP and general computer repair (digital technicians) Proficient in electronic theories and concepts Familiar with basic networking concepts (digital technicians) Able to lift and carry equipment and possess significant fine dexterity
