From the Desk of the President SETRONICS "THE SETRONICS GUARANTEE" April 3, 2007 As we approach our fourth quarter under new management, celebrating a fresh and exciting approach to the security business, I wanted to give you advance notice of a major announcement. Due to our ongoing efforts to increase market presence and influence with our vendors, we've been able to successfully develop what will be referred to as "The Setronics Guarantee." The guarantee is what you've come to know as our 1-year unconditional warranty with loaners. Now The Setronics Guarantee covers 2 years at no additional cost. Effective August 1, 2007, all sales and lease agreements will be covered by The Setronics Guarantee. All sales and lease agreements prior to August 1, 2007 will continue to be covered by the 1-year unconditional warranty with loaners. The extension of our guarantee means significant savings for our clients, and ensures that Setronics security solutions operate to their full potential.
