From the Desk of the President SETRONICS PERSONNEL ANNOUNCEMENTS March 12, 2007 It is our pleasure to inform our valued customers of some exciting recent organizational changes that will further enhance our trademark expertise and service abilities for years to come. Richard L. Ouellette, Chairman & Chief Operating Officer In addition to his expansive role as Chairman and primary Liaison to existing customers, Dick will oversee all aspects of Sales, Marketing & Emerging Technologies. Dick’s long-term leadership and industry reputation coupled with our new marketing/website rollout, targeted for early summer, make this an exciting time for our company. Charles M. Athorn, Director of Vendor Relations In his former role as Vice President of Operations, Charlie developed valuable relationships with numerous manufacturers, among many other valuable contributions to our business. Charlie’s influence with vendors has led to his new, specialized role in which he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product selection and vendor negotiations. The end result will be greater product alternatives at the best pricing available to our valued customers. Brian A. Lacroix, Project Engineer As part of Dick Ouellette’s Emerging Technology plan, Brian has been promoted to Project Engineer and tasked to lead a newly developed IT Department with great promise and expertise. Brian has been with the company since 2002, formerly serving as a Service Technician with a focus on networking. Brian has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and is a Certified Network Specialist. Other Recent Promotions/Developments Mark R.
