In the event a security component goes down, just call our customer service department, explain the situation, and we’ll take care of the rest. When removal of the equipment is necessary for repair, we provide loaner components until repair is complete. Or if you prefer to remove the product yourself, simply request a Repair Authorization from the Setronics customer service representative and ship the component to our repair facility. We’ll expedite your order and have the unit back to you quickly.
