When removal of the equipment is necessary for repair, we provide loaner components until repair is complete. Or if you prefer to remove the product yourself, simply request a Repair Authorization from the Setronics customer service representative and ship the component to our repair facility. We’ll expedite your order and have the unit back to you quickly.
